Vell's Party Center is located just outside the city limits of Medina, Ohio, which gives the total privacy for all of its events and one wants the total privacy when having their wedding reception or special event.  The location of a party center or hotel in the drag of the big city traffic brings no privacy to the event plus the pollution from the big city factories brings a very unfavorable feeling when having a sacred event like a wedding reception, something that Vell's Party Center doesn't believe in.  Vell's Party Center is located ten minutes from interstate 71 on route 42, which is Pearl Road, which is approximately thirty-five minutes from downtown Cleveland and approximately twenty-five minutes from downtown Akron.
